Two Companies Are Destined To Survive AI – Google and Nvidia.
Google focuses on the mental. Nvidia focuses on the physical.

Everyone is using AI. It’s not questionable anymore.
In fact, some people are developing an unhealthy dependence on AI chatbots—can’t make decisions without them, can’t research without them, can’t think without them.
You might mock them, but you’re most probably a ChatGPT user. You’re not so far away from that. Imagine if you lose internet access for an entire day. Actually, give that a shot, and then tell me what happened..
The way I see people using tools like GPT - we’re getting there, and not in the far future. The average devoted user believes in one thing - ChatGPT is just good and provides knowledge swiftly. So there’s no reason to not use it.
The problem is, it won’t stop here. We’re adding a physical body to AI. Give it a few years:
It will make sense that you should never cook your own meals.
It will make sense that you don’t have to clean your house.
It will make sense that you don’t need to do your own laundry.
It will just make sense - but that doesn’t mean it’s right.
Some people say AI is harmful.
The absolute ultimate truth is that AI usage, is a black hole. We do not know what’s on the other side of it. But let’s look at what we have right now - there are two companies that are now benefiting from this situation. The ones that are fueling the physical body of AI and the ones that are fueling the mind of AI.
A new generation of companies
Tomorrow will bring new concepts of startups and companies. Companies like Microsoft and Apple still have a gigantic market share and won’t fade away easily.
It’ll take years for that to happen. But we’re moving away from their core products.
Microsoft with their OS - the world will be using a new OS with an entirely new AI architecture. It won’t be the same as what we imagine right now.
Apple with their iPhone - it’s hard to imagine a world without that. But for tools like GPT, it’s not an impossible concept to build an entire device that is fueled by, and built with AI.
Nvidia - the physical AI.
The AI chip market? It’s Nvidia’s world. Everyone else is just living in it. They nailed it early, and now all they have to do is not mess up.
Here’s the thing - companies already built their systems on Nvidia chips.
Switching costs money.
Switching costs time.
Switching is a nightmare.
It’s like everyone bought into Windows back in the day. Sure, Mac was there. But switching? Not worth the hassle. Some competitor might show up with better chips. Maybe.
But Nvidia already owns the game. The switching cost is too high. That’s the $5 trillion valuation. That’s the quarter-by-quarter growth. That’s why they’re not going anywhere.
Google - the AI leaders.
It used to be a narrative of how GPT is better than Google Search.
But nowadays, the tables have turned. Gemini/Google are growing. ChatGPT’s tech might be slightly better, but not better enough. Users aren’t switching to GPT just because it’s a bit more advanced. And here’s the kicker - Claude and other players are taking chunks of the market. So GPT isn’t just losing to Google, it’s losing to everyone else as well.
Search engine data are showing that Google usage is starting to rebound slightly. But slightly means billions of money in ads.
This might be because of their initiatives like AI mode - which in all honesty solves the ChatGPT search vs Google Search dilemma. Not only that, it changes the whole SEO (search engine optimization) market into, whether the world likes it or not, GEO (generative engine optimization).
It’s like we’ve been driving on the same roads for 40 years. Now, someone’s building entirely new highways. Different lanes. Different exits.
A completely new infrastructure. Whoever owns those highways controls where everyone’s going. Google’s building them faster than anyone else, and they’re miles ahead.
We’re watching a shift happen right now. Some companies are winning. Others are just... done. Their time’s up, whether they know it or not. And AI? We still don’t know if it’s saving us or destroying us. The future’s a mess of uncertainty. Same as always.
